CRISTIANO Ronaldo has offe’red to pay for damage to the home hit’ by his £1.7million Bugatti Ve’yron.

A bodyguard was thought to ‘have been driving in Majorca, where ‘the Manchester United star, 37, is holiday’ing.


He is believed to have s’een the smash while with his family in a c’ar following behind.

The house owner visited R’onaldo’s rented mansion and was promised ‘compensation by a member of staff.

On Tuesday Cronica Balear cla’imed the unnamed bodyguard got out of t’he car to continue his journey and lef’t other staff employed by the Manchester United str’iker at the scene to receive the p’olice.

It was not immediately made c’lear where the Portugal international could h’ave been heading.


But he has been pictured enjoyin’g days out with his fam’ily on his £5.5m Azimut Grande superyacht, which is moo’red in Port Adriano in the south-west of ‘Majorca.

The dad-of five is believe’d to be renting a luxury villa near the scene of Monday morning’s accident on a min’or road near Joan March Hospital in the muni’cipality of Bunyola.

Ronaldo’s damaged Bugatti wa’s later taken away on a tow-truck cove’red in a blue tarpaulin.

Cronica Balear said security sta’ff left to look after the car while they waited for’ the police to arrive “had done eve’rything possible to make sure curious lo’cals who recognised the Bugatti as Cristia’no’s tried to take photos.”
